Claire has worked in the UK and internationally as an executive coach, supervisor and development consultant. Prior to joining Complete, Claire led the coaching and leadership development agenda at Deloitte. Initiatives were focused around C-suite succession and transition, executive team development and development journeys for those leading leaders across the business.

Committed to the coaching profession, Claire currently serves as a Governor Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also part of the supervision team for Henley Business Schools Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision.

Claire has worked with executive teams and individuals through large scale change and leadership transition across cultures and geographies. Her experience includes complex matrix and global organisations within professional services, the financial sector, education, telecommunications, the third sector and premiership rugby.

While at Deloitte she led and delivered the Executive Transition Lab Series, supporting senior leaders across North West Europe transition into newly established leadership positions during the business integration.

Claire is interested in the whole person and the integrity of a leader’s wellbeing. She has a warmth and compassion that creates connections easily, which enables her clients to feel safe and explore their development more deeply to make lasting changes.

Claire certified as an executive coach in 2007 with the NeuroLeadership Group and in 2015 qualified as a systemic team coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching. She completed her supervision studies with Professor Peter Hawkins specialising in transcultural supervision, working with bias and power. and team coaching supervision.

Claire is also a certified yoga teacher and holds a BEd (Hons) Degree.
