Francesca started her career as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Bournemouth, where she became adept at the analysis of next-generation sequencing data and Unix. Today, Francesca uses her data management knowledge and data preparation skills to assist with a wide variety of projects within Complete. Since she started working at Complete, Francesca has also used her academic background in biology to assist with the analytics of HRV assessment data.

Working with Complete’s proprietary assessment platform, Francesca has created quality insights for clients. She is efficient and professional, always looking for how to make the customer experience even better. Francesca was instrumental in upgrading the Complete Energy Audit assessment and is deeply involved in the research and development projects within the company.

Francesca holds a BSc in Biological Science from the University of Bournemouth, and an MRes in Science & Technology from the University of Bournemouth.

Francesca uses her academic approach and experience to improve Complete processes at the same time as delivering the highest quality output to clients.
