Biography //

Pip is one of our most experienced practitioners. She started her career working in television as a political correspondent for TV AM reporting on domestic and international political events such as the G7 summits and general elections. She interviewed renowned world leaders including Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair and, a personal highlight, Nelson Mandela.

Inspired by these insights into global leaders and with a fascination for those that change the lives of people, Pip made the transition to the corporate world as HRD and a founding board member to launch the first successful home delivery supermarket in the UK and sponsored by Sainsburys.

Track record //

Pip operates at Board level, coaching and facilitating senior leaders across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on FMCG, pharmaceutical and professional services.

Working with teams and individual leaders, Pip’s specific coaching expertise includes helping clients make significant developmental shifts to new roles, define and implement strategy, solve challenges, overcome the sense of overwhelm, develop greater resilience, build new levels of confidence, discover personal purpose, resolve interpersonal challenges and deal with conflict.

Pip’s style of working is warm and engaging with strong energy. Her role in any relationship is to challenge, create insight and encourage developmental shifts. Her commercial track record means that she is ROI and KPI focused. Pip believes passionately that people development must demonstrate real change and cannot simply be a box ticking exercise. Pip is hugely ambitious for clients. She will always encourage clients to push the boundaries in the pursuit of becoming world calibre leaders.

Qualifications //

Pip holds a raft of qualifications. She is recognised by the Association for Coaching as an executive coach, is certified in Occupational Testing a member of the British Psychological Society and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric instruments.

Pip also has a joint honours degree in English and Drama from London University and studied Occupational Psychology with the Open University.
