Sarah is a co-founder of Complete and has been involved in the development of the business over the last 15 years. Her focus is directed internally as she oversees many of the financial and business support aspects of the company. Sarah has a medical background which gives her a unique understanding of the content, products and tools we use. This enables her to offer a depth of experience and guidance to our team to in turn ensure the best possible solutions for our clients.

Sarah brings a variety of experience to the team, originally qualifying with a degree in nursing before moving into medical sales. Responding to the needs of her family she established and ran a behavioural programme for their autistic son and is currently setting up an appropriate supported living provision for him and other young people. Her passion is in creating the space for individuals to grow and develop.
